Mivtza Purim is an initiative established by the Rebbe, the leader of our generation, in which Chabad Chassidim throughout Israel and worldwide go out to bring the joy of Purim and help as many Jews as possible fulfill the holiday's commandments: reading the Megillah, sending food portions (Mishloach Manot), and giving gifts to the poor.
