 Reb Yosef Yitzchak (Yoske) Wilimowsky was born on Chof Ches Elul 5719 to his father, the renowned chossid Reb [[Zushe wilmowsky|Zusha]] (the Partizan) and his mother Mrs. Feiga (née Poker). He received his chinuch from the mashpia Reb Refoel Nachman Cohen in Kfar Chabad.
