History of Chabad in the United States [Toldos Chabad B'Artzos HaBris] is a book that describes the development of Chabad Hasidism in the United States between the years: 1900 - 1950, based on documents and memories in print, in writing, and oral accounts.
The book was compiled and edited by Rabbi Shalom DovBer Levine and was published in 1988. This book is part of a five-book series: History of Chabad in Soviet Russia, History of Chabad in the United States, History of Chabad in the Holy Land, History of Chabad in Czarist Russia, and History of Chabad in Poland, Lithuania and Latvia.
