Shalom Dovber (Berel) Mochkin
Rabbi Shalom Dovber (Berel) Mochkin (born 5697/1937) is the Rebbe's shliach to Montreal, Canada, Chairman of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad of Canada, member of Agudas Chassidei Chabad (United States), founder of Camp Gan Israel Montreal, and member of the Spiritual Committee of Yeshivas Ohr Menachem (Naperville).

Born to Rabbi Peretz Mochkin on 7 Shevat 5697/1937 in the city of Leningrad.
He left with his father during the great escape from the Soviet Union via Lvov. He studied in chadarim and Yeshivas Tomchei Tmimim in Russia, Tashkent, Pocking, Paris, and later in Montreal.
In 5712/1952, his family moved to Montreal, Canada.
In 5719/1959, together with Rabbi Reuven Tzvi Yehuda Feigelstock, he established Camp Gan Israel in Montreal.
He married his wife Mrs. Sima, daughter of Dovid Abba Levin, granddaughter of the chassid Yisroel Levin.
He was appointed by the Rebbe as a shliach in Montreal. Rabbi Mochkin also serves as a member of Agudas Chassidei Chabad USA and Chairman of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad of Canada.
In 5764/2004, with the establishment of Yeshivas Ohr Menachem in Naperville, he was appointed as a member of the Spiritual Committee of the yeshiva.
