Shalom friends!

I have started to help out by improving navigation between pages.

Templates working on.
- Mivtzoim: Updated the Mivtzoim template, category, and topic pages. A number of pages are still incomplete, but navigation is now improved.
- Chabad Created the Chabad template, category, and updated some topic pages. Links on template could be expanded, but navigation is now improved.
- Help and discussion templates: Template:Talk header and Template:Usertalk created. The Template:Welcome has been updated.
Other: Beis HaRav page and category created, some pages tagged, probably another 20 to go. Geography page and category created, most pages tagged, probably another few more to go.
