			==Mesivta==
			The Talmud Torah has a Mesivta for grades 7-8, where students begin to prepare for entering a Yeshiva and primarily study religious subjects. In the past, the Mesivta included 6th grade and was located on the campus of the Tomchei Tmimim Yeshiva in the city. Around the year 5777, the Mesivta was moved to the Talmud Torah campus and was managed by Rabbi Shlomo Hananya Maman.

			As of the year 5783, there are about 67 students in grades 7-8 studying at the Mesivta.

			Currently, Rabbi Tuvia Chavkin manages both the Talmud Torah and the Mesivta.

			On Friday, the 23rd of Nissan, 5783, the Chabad girls' school moved to a different complex in the city to allow the Mesivta to move into the girls' campus. This was done to build a classroom building for the T'umim Kiryat Gat Yeshiva. The actual move of the Mesivta took place on the 28th of Nissan, 5783.

			Towards the 5784 school year, the Mesivta, along with the Talmud Torah, moved to the new building.

			==History==
			The Talmud Torah was established as part of 71 institutions founded in honor of the Rebbe's birthday on the 11th of Nissan, 5732, by Rabbi Zalman Tuvia Abelsky. Since its inception, the Talmud Torah shared a campus with the girls' school, with different recess schedules.

			The Talmud Torah Building until the 5784 school year
			In the year 5774, with the separation of institutions by the Ministry of Education, it was decided to renovate the site and divide the campus to create a complete separation between the Talmud Torah and the girls' school.

			The Talmud Torah has an organized "Tzivos Hashem" activity, managed by Rabbi Tzvi Katz, which includes missions, rank promotions, and trips.

			In the year 5775, Rabbi Tuvia Chavkin became the manager of the Talmud Torah.

			As of the year 5783, there are about 150 children in grades 1-6 studying at the Talmud Torah, and it is managed by Rabbi Tuvia Chavkin.

			In the month of Tammuz 5782, it was decided that in the following school year, 5783, the Talmud Torah and the yeshiva high school ("Mesivta") would move to Tzahal Street, but this plan was canceled.

			Towards the end of the month of Nissan 5783, the Mesivta moved to the Chabad girls' school site (adjacent to the boys' school).
