Rebbetzin Yocheved Schneerson was the daughter of the chossid Reb Ephraim Fishel Sheinberg ben Reb Moshe Leib (whose wife was Mindel) ben Reb Yehoshua Sheinberg, from the chassidim of Kishinev, and Mrs. Leah from the Kavshansky family. She was born on 3 Adar I 1859 in Kishinev. In 1875, she married Rav Avraham Schneerson, who became the father of [[Rebbetzin Nechama Dina Schneerson (Wife of Rebbe Rayatz)|Rebbetzin Nechama Dina]] and Rav Ben Tzion Schneerson. She passed away on 16 Cheshvan 1920 and is honorably laid to rest in Kishinev, Moldova. == Family == From her family was Rav Ben Tzion ben Reb Yehoshua-Falik Sheinberg, who served as a Rosh Mesivta in Kishinev and later as the Rav in Dombrovitz. * Her brother, Moshe Leib, was born on 7 Av 1849. * Her sister, Rachel, was born on 9 Kislev 1848. * Her brother, Yisroel, was born in 1852.
