# '''Bo BaYom''' - The chapter begins with several laws on different subjects that were established on the day that Rabbi Elazar ben Azariah was appointed head of the academy. Afterwards, it returns to deal with the impurity of hands resulting from touching holy writings, and through an argument between the Sadducees and Pharisees about holy writings, it concludes with a collection of disputes between the Pharisees and Sadducees.
