Tzeirei Agudas Chabad is the operational arm of Chabad Chassidus throughout Israel and worldwide, with its primary goal being the fulfillment of hafatzas hamaayanos (spreading chassidic teachings). The organization's purpose is to present Yiddishkeit to as many Jews as possible according to the Rebbe's approach. The responsibility of each regional chairman is to ensure that no chassid remains uninvolved in the activities of spreading Yiddishkeit and hafatzas hamaayanos. The organization was established by the Rebbe in 1952. == Eretz Yisroel == Tzeirei Agudas Chabad in Eretz Hakodesh was founded under the Rebbe's direction in 1951 as the youth division of Agudas Chassidei Chabad in Eretz Hakodesh. The division's purpose is to work toward spreading Yiddishkeit in Eretz Hakodesh. In an igeres kodesh from 24 Sivan 1951 that the Rebbe sent to Aguch members, he wrote: "In my opinion, the time has come to organize a special division among the youth of anash and those close to the spirit of Chabad." In that same letter, the Rebbe adds that the purpose of establishing this division is to strengthen Agudas Chassidei Chabad and to increase activity among Israeli youth. In Tishrei 1952, the organization's leadership was established and its activities began. == United States == Tzeirei Agudas Chabad Hamercazis serves as the general authority over Chabad activities worldwide. In practice, it unifies the Chabad houses in New York and oversees certain branches in London and Paris. The organization was established by the Rebbe at the end of Nissan 1955, following the establishment of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad in Eretz Hakodesh. The Rebbe outlined the organization's activities. The Rebbe would transmit his new directives regarding hafatzas hamaayanos to this organization, which would then distribute them to all anash worldwide. == France == Tzeirei Agudas Chabad France is located in Paris. Among other activities, the organization works to fight for proper giyur according to halacha both in the country and worldwide. The organization became well-known when it took a stand against millionaire Guma Aguiar. The organization does not operate within the framework of official shluchim in the area or within the framework of the Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch in the country, and therefore many claim it is not authorized to handle Lubavitch matters. The matter is under discussion in beis din. The organization also maintains a Chabad shul "Tzeirei Agudas Chabad" in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The organization is actively managed by Rabbi Leibel Zaients.
