[[File:ืืจืืืืื .jpg|250px|thumb|Rabbi Drizin (5784)]] Rabbi '''Sholom ber drizin''' is Born in Vitebsk, Belarus, on 24 Tevet 5688, to his father, the Chassidic mentor Rabbi Avraham Mayor, and mother Sara. He was named after the Rebbe Rashab. In 1946, he escaped Russia with his family during the known exodus. After moving through various refugee camps, he arrived in Paris where he studied at the Chabad Yeshiva Tomchei Tmimim Paris. == Israel and Military Service == In 1948, he immigrated to Israel and enlisted in the Israel Defense Forces, serving for three years. During military leaves, he attended Tomchei Tmimim Yeshiva in Lod, where he received guidance from the Chassidic mentor Rabbi Shlomo Chaim Keselman. == Business and Philanthropy == In 1959, he immigrated to the United States, settling in Crown Heights near the Rebbe's court, and began his business ventures. His business expanded significantly, bringing great success, as he consistently dedicated substantial funds to charity. For several years, he funded suits and hats for all Tmimim students in Tomchei Tmimim yeshivas and their rabbinical faculty. Currently, his business focuses primarily on real estate. He is considered one of Chabad's major philanthropists, regularly supporting dozens of institutions and projects, particularly those connected to Crown Heights. == Established Institutions and Projects == * Mikvah Yisroel - In the basement of Tomchei Tmimim Central Yeshiva's dormitory, named after his brother, R' Yisroel Drizin * Chesed Avraham Fund - Clothing distribution for Tmimim students before Passover * Dor Deah Fund - Study program and point system encouraging travel to the Rebbe * Hachnosas Orchim - Eshel Avraham and Sarah - Subsidized lodging facility for Anash visiting the Rebbe's court, named after his parents == Family == * Son: Rabbi Shneur Zalman Moshe Drizin - Crown Heights * Son: Rabbi Yoel Zev Wolf Drizin - Florida * Son-in-law: Rabbi Mendel Schneerson - Crown Heights * Son-in-law: Rabbi Shlomo Kugel - Rebbe's emissary in Manhattan * Son-in-law: Rabbi Avraham New - Crown Heights * Son-in-law: Rabbi Daniel Branover - Crown Heights [[he:ืฉืืื ืืขืจ ืืจืืืื]]
