Rabbi '''Shmuel Chaim Bluming''' serves as a Rosh Mesivta at Tomchei Tmimim Oholei Torah in Crown Heights and as a Moreh Tzedek (rabbinical judge) in the Crown Heights neighborhood. == Life History == Born in Boro Park to his father Rabbi Yaakov Peretz Blooming and his mother Mrs. Shulamit (daughter of Rabbi Gedalia Schorr, Rosh Yeshiva of Torah Vodaath and among the leading Lithuanian rabbis in the United States). In his youth, he studied in Lithuanian yeshivas in Jerusalem, and later transferred to study at Yeshivas Toras Emes Jerusalem and subsequently at the central Yeshivas Tomchei Tmimim - 770. He married his wife Mrs. Chana, daughter of Rabbi Yosef Avraham Heller from Crown Heights. In 1992, he edited the booklet '''Shiurei Chassidus - Geulah''' which contained transcripts of Rabbi Yoel Kahan's chassidic discourses on topics of redemption, Moshiach, and the Third Beis Hamikdash. In 1993, he compiled the book Besuras HaGeulah. Rabbi Shmuel Chaim Blooming serves as a Rosh Mesivta at Yeshivas Tomchei Tmimim Oholei Torah Crown Heights and as a Moreh Tzedek in Crown Heights. == Family == * His son Rabbi Ben Zion Blooming is Rosh Yeshiva of Tomchei Tmimim Suffield, Connecticut. * His son-in-law Rabbi Shmuel Markowitz is Rosh Yeshiva of Tomchei Tmimim Nyack.
