== Early Life and Education == Born in 1881 in Bobruisk to Moshe Yitzchak Telushkin, a Chabad chassid. Studied at Karson and Slutsk yeshivas under Rabbi Isser Zalman Meltzer and Rabbi Yaakov Dovid Willowski. Later studied in Halusk under Rabbi Baruch Dov Leibowitz. == Rabbinical Career == Married Sarah Fruma, daughter of Rabbi Moshe Tcharni of Dukor, Minsk region. In 1902, after his father-in-law's passing, received rabbinical ordination from Bobruisk's Rabbi Moshe Shmuel Shapiro and Rabbi Shmarya Noach Schneersohn. Served as rabbi in Dukor until 1921, then in Pochovich until 1923. == American Period == Arrived in United States in 1924, appointed honorary chairman of Agudas Chassidei Chabad and chief editor of HaMesilah journal. Served as rabbi of Bnei Yitzchok Nusach Ari synagogue in Brooklyn for 40 years. == Expertise and Publications == Renowned expert in mikvah laws, authored "Taharat Mayim" on mikvaot, published by Kehot. The Rebbe encouraged its publication and subsequent editions.
