== Brazil == Tzeirei Agudas Chabad Brazil is the central body coordinating Jewish activities in Brazil. It was established by R' Mordechai Zaients and is headquartered in Sao Paulo. Among other activities, the organization works to fight for proper giyur according to halacha both in the country and worldwide. The organization became well-known when it took a stand against millionaire Guma Aguiar. The organization does not operate within the framework of official shluchim in the area or within the framework of the Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch in the country, and therefore many claim it is not authorized to handle Lubavitch matters. The matter is under discussion in beis din. The organization also maintains a Chabad shul "Tzeirei Agudas Chabad" in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The organization is actively managed by Rabbi Leibel Zaients. The Gaon Rabbi Eliezer Stern heads the rabbinic committee supervising the organization.
