== Activity in Matters of Geulah and Moshiach == In the years 1991-1992, when the Rebbe issued special calls to awaken and act regarding the imminent Redemption and to prepare the world to welcome Moshiach, he was among the leaders working on this in Sydney. He received the Rebbe's approval to study from the book 'Yechi Melech HaMoshiach' by Rabbi Sholom Dovber Wolpo with his associates, and the Rebbe blessed that the study should be successful. Subsequently, he signed the ruling that the Rebbe is Melech HaMoshiach (King Messiah), and edited the publication 'Zeh HaChaim' of the Moreh Geulah organization translated into Russian, as well as additional activities. Rabbi Ulman spoke via satellite on 10th Shevat 1996 to welcome the Rebbe Melech HaMoshiach as a representative of Australian Jewry. Since 3rd Tammuz, for decades, Rabbi Ulman has managed an educational system regarding the publication of the Redemption message, among dozens of rabbis and Torah scholars with whom he comes into contact as a member of the Sydney Beit Din. In lengthy dialogues he conducts with rabbis from all circles, he explains to them why Chabad Chassidim believe that the Rebbe is Melech HaMoshiach, even after the test of 3rd Tammuz, and in most cases he succeeds in removing their strong opposition and reaching a silent agreement. In an extensive interview with Beit Moshiach weekly, he told about several of his meetings, about the attitude of great rabbis to the pure faith of Chabad Chassidim, and calls on Chabad rabbis to also initiate meetings with rabbis and Torah scholars to explain to them Chabad's position based on the Rebbe's teachings.
