== The Emunah After Gimmel Tammuz == On Gimmel Tammuz 5754, the Rebbe was concealed from our sight; however, based on his words, the chassidim believe that he continues to live eternal life. Among Chabad chassidim, there are various views and approaches regarding Gimmel Tammuz, but all believe this is part of the geulah process and anticipate that the Rebbe will be revealed as Melech HaMoshiach, and that the Rebbe continues to lead our generation. In this context, chassidim reference Chazal's words that "our Moshiach will be concealed after being revealed and will return and be revealed again." On Vov Tammuz 5754, an urgent assembly of all Chabad Rabbonim in Israel was held, where it was decided to continue with publicizing Moshiach's identity, and they also instructed Kfar Chabad newspaper to continue publishing the 'Yechi' proclamation on the newspaper's cover (the newspaper ignored this instruction and consequently Beis Moshiach newspaper was established). In 5755, massive gatherings were organized that publicized the fact that Chabad chassidim believe the Rebbe is Melech HaMoshiach, and that he is alive and exists. In 5758, a psak din was written for the first time stating that the Rebbe is Melech HaMoshiach according to halacha, with hundreds of Rabbonim signing this psak din. Rabbi Aharon Soloveitchik published after Gimmel Tammuz an announcement in the Jewish Press: "Regarding the belief of many Chabad chassidim... that the Rebbe can still be Moshiach - in light of the Gemara in Sanhedrin, the Zohar, the Abarbanel, the Arizal's writings, the Sdei Chemed and other sources - I cannot say that this belief is outside the Orthodox stream." From then until today, Chabad chassidim continue to publicize the besuras hageulah with emphasis on the identity of the goel. Among other things, organizations were established including The Association for the Geulah, Mateh Moshiach, Mamash and others that engage in spreading the message through campaigns, pamphlets and gatherings.
