== Continued Activities == On 8 Iyar 5751, Rav David Nachshon, along with several other Chabad chassidim, wrote that at an assembly of more than ten askanim and mashpiim, it was decided to continue the 'Kabbalos HaMalchus' signatures. To this letter - which included additional signatures - the Rebbe responded: "I will mention it at the Tzion and may you report good news." In Kislev 5752, the Rebbe responded to Rav David Nachshon regarding a report about people signing the 'Kabbalos HaMalchus' forms and about a lecture he gave on the topic "The Rebbe as Moshiach" at a special evening attended by public figures: "May it be fulfilled in them that one who has 200 wants 400 etc. I will mention it at the Tzion." During the years 5752-5754, the Rebbe approved and encouraged the signature collections many times, sometimes connecting it to the agreement of the local Chabad shliach, and many times giving general approval. To shluchim who reported that they were involved in collecting signatures accepting the Rebbe's malchus, the Rebbe responded with encouragement and expressed satisfaction. During this period, there were also responses and reactions where the Rebbe expressed reservation about being referred to as Moshiach.
