== Establishment of the Yeshiva == The Yeshiva was founded in 2004 alongside the Yeshiva Gedolah in New Haven, which had been operating since 1976 (founded by Rabbi Dovid Shlomo Deitsch). Shortly after, the local community - which until then consisted almost entirely of Shluchim families and institutional staff - experienced significant growth, expanding from about 25 families to 150 families within just ten years. The relative proximity of New Haven to Crown Heights (less than two hours drive) aids in the community's development, with benefits such as bulk deliveries from store owners and services to the New Haven community. Today, it maintains full community institutions and activities like any other Chabad community, including a branch of N'shei U'Bnos Chabad, Shifra and Puah, Mikvaos Tahara, prayer Minyanim, and farbrengens during Chassidic occasions. The Yeshiva was initially housed in the Yeshiva Gedolah building, and in 2017, the Yeshiva Ketana students moved to a new building on a nearby street. As of 2024, the Yeshiva has approximately 90 students.
