The nigun "Keil Nekamos Hashem" was composed in 1995 in honor of [[the Rebbe]]'s 93rd birthday on the 11th of Nissan and was selected by the Lubavitch Nigunim Committee. The nigun was composed by [[Sholom Bruchstat|R' Shalom HaLevi Bruchstat]], using words from Tehillim Chapter 94, which was the Rebbe's new kapitel (chapter) for that year. == Lyrics of the Nigun == Keil nekamos Hashem, Keil nekamos hofia Hinasei shofet ha'aretz, hashev gemul al ge'im Ad masai, ad masai Hu Avinu Hu Malkeinu Hu Moshieinu Yechi Adoneinu Moreinu v'Rabbeinu Melech HaMoshiach l'olam va'ed Ki lo yitosh Hashem amo v'nachalaso lo ya'azov β Tehillim 94:1-3 (with changes); 14; from the Kedusha for Shabbos and Yom Tov After the verses from the Rebbe's kapitel, the composer added the words from "Hu Elokeinu" - "Hu Avinu Hu Malkeinu Hu Moshieinu" to express the feelings of longing for the Rebbe after Gimmel Tammuz. == See Also == Nigunim based on the Rebbe Shlita's kapitlach [[Category:Melodies on the Rebbe's chapters]]
