Unlike Shem Av, which is not a renewed name, Shem Sag is a renewed name. The explanation is that since Shem Mah (45), which is the name of the world of Tikkun, is a renewed name, necessarily Shem Sag, which belongs to the world of Tohu, is also a renewed name. This is because the building of Tohu was for the purpose of its breaking, and the breaking of Tohu was for the purpose of building Tikkun.
